Sentinel-Std. - Wednesday, July 6, 1927

Stephen Mitchell, 74, died at his home in Lansing Tuesday evening. Mr. Mitchell 
was a printer by trade, and at one time worked in the offices of the Ionia 
Daily Standard, and also the Ionia Daily Sentinel. He is survived by his widow 
and two sons, Rowley Mitchell and Lansing, and Hazel Mitchell, who is a 
pressman at Grand Haven. Horace Rowley of Ionia is a brother-in-law. The 
funeral service will be held in Lansing and the body will be brought to Ionia 
for burial in Highland Park cemetery. The day of the funeral service has not 
been learned by the Ionia relatives.
