Ionia Standard, 30 Mar 1888

Hubbardston.  Last week we mentioned the illness of Albert Mitchell, and at that
time the chances for recovery seemed favorable.  Later in the week he was taken
worse, and died on Friday from blood poisoning.  He had just passed his 21st
birthday.  Funeral service at the M.E. church last Sunday at 11 o’clock.  His death
was a severe blow to the family as well as to the community at large.
