ERNEST MOE DEATH
Ernest Moe, 59 of Downey, California, died unexpectedly Monday afternoon. He 
will be brought back here for services and burial but no details have as yet 
been received.

ERNEST MOE DIED IN CALIFORNIA
Ernest Moe, 59 died unexpectedly Monday afternoon February 26 at his home at 
Downey, California.

He spent his earlier life in this vicinity and resided in Pontiac before 
returning here when he opened the Firestone Store which he operated for a 
little more than a year before selling the business to Ruga Hewitt.
He and his wife Bertha then left for the west coast and spent some time in 
Arizona and after a visit back here left for California where they have 
resided for about six years.

Surviving besides he wife is a brother, Clarence of Lake Odessa rural, nieces 
and nephews.

Funeral services were held Tuesday at 2 at the Pickens Funeral Chapel with 
burial in Lakeside cemetery.
