Sarah O. Mohn, aged 59, of Ionia, went to be with her Lord and Savior on 
Friday, March 18, 2005.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Neil and her son, David.

She is survived by her children, Frank Mohn and Sarah Lee (Darrel) Weller; 
grandchildren, Jacob, Timothy and Angelica “Scooter” Weller; special brother-in-
law, Albert Mohn; sisters and brothers, Jeraldine (David) Clack, Margie (Sam) 
Hall, Willie Clack, Christine (Brian) Fuller, Pete (Sue) Taylor, Bobby Gene 
“Bones” (Wanda) Taylor, Cecil (Hazel) Taylor, and Leonard (Pauline) Taylor; and 
many other special family and friends.

Funeral services for Sarah will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. at the Matthysse-
Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home (Caledonia) 616 East Main St., Caledonia.  Members 
of the family will receive relatives and friends Monday 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 6 
p.m. to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.  Sarah’s wishes were for memorial 
contributions to be made to Mel Trotter Ministries.
