CLIFTON E. MOHR
A former Ionia resident Clifton E. Mohr, 64, died at his retirement home, 450
Tamarack road, Hillsdale, late Wednesday evening. He was a dealer for Watkins Products in
Ionia for many years and lived at 306 1/2 West Riverside drive, Ionia, before retiring.

Born in Eaton county, November 8,m 1910, he was the son of the late Franklin D. and
Florence (Tiffnay) Mohr.

He was a member of the Frontier IOOF lodge and a past Noble Grand of that
organization. He also was a member of the Crystal Rebekah lodge of Hillsdale and the Berlin
grange, of Ionia.

He was married July 2, 1932 to the former May Erdle who survives. Also surviving are
two daughters, Mrs. Leland (Alice Mae) Britton of Osceola and Mrs. Dale (Sarah) Britton
of Birmingham, Ala.; a son Thomas C. of Hillsdale; sister, Mrs. Claude Francis of
Hillsdale and five grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Ned M. Towns funeral home in
Hillsdale. Burial will be in the Lakeview cemetery at Hillsdale.

Family will receive friends from 7 to 9 pm at the funeral home.
