The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Monday, March 14, 1966

A lifelong resident of Ionia, Bud A. Montgomery, 53, of route three, died 
Sunday morning at his home.  He was born February 22, 1913 in Ionia county, 
the son of Mr. and Mrs. George Montgomery, and had been an employee of AC 
Spark Plug, and was recently self employed.

In 1932 he was married to Lucille Donner who survives.  Other survivors are 
three sons, Bud, Jr., Billie and Bradley Montgomery, Ionia; three daughters, 
Mrs. Barbara Helmer, Mrs. Beverly Minaker and Mrs. Rose Ann Kerr, Ionia; 14 
grandchildren; two brothers, Charles and George Montgomery of Ionia; five 
sisters, Mrs. Gladys Ogden, Mrs. Beulah Ogden, Mrs. Nina Frederikson all of 
Ionia, and Mrs. William Speckin of Lansing and Mrs. Nellie Davis of Coral.

Services will be conducted by Rev. Robert McComb at Myers funeral home Tuesday 
at 2:30 p.m.  Burial will be at Easton cemetery.
