Ionia Sentinel - November 11, 1927
Mrs. Clara J. Montgomery wife of George Montgomery died at her home on Nicholson 
street Thursday.  She had lived for a long time near Dildine having moved to Ionia 
recently.  She has been ill for some time.  Besides her husband she leaves 11 
children Ralph, of Ionia, Mrs. Lydia Thomilinson of Lyons, Mrs Dorothy Randall of 
Saranac, Mrs. Lillian Specin of Grand Rapids; Mrs. Nellie Davis of Ionia, Mrs 
Beulah Ogden of Ionia and Nina, Gladys, Charles, Bud and George at home.

Funeral services will be held from the home at 1:30 Saturday for the family one 
and from the Evangelical church at 3 o'clock for friends.  Rev. W. F. Boettcher 
will be the officiating minister.  Interment will be made in Easton Cemetery.
