Mook of near Fenwick died Monday at her home after an illness of several years. Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at 2 o’clock at the Stebbins funeral home at Sheridan. Burial will be in Orleans cemetery. Mrs. Mook was born August 22, 1869, in Ronald township and was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Goff, pioneer residents of Ronald and Orleans townships. She was married to George Wood in 1887, who died in 1919. In September 1923, she was married to William Mook, who survives her. Mrs. Mook was affiliated with the Free Methodist church. Surviving are her husband, William; two sons, Edwin Wood of Grand Rapids, and Leon A. Wood of Big Rapids; a daughter, Mrs. Mary Allen of Fenwick; seven grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, two sisters, Mrs. W. M. Strong of Edmore and Mrs. Ernest Harriman of Alden.
