Charles A. Moon, 71, a lifelong resident of Tremayne’s Corners six miles south 
of Ionia, died early Wednesday morning at Traverse City.  He was born Oct. 4, 
1891 in Orange township, the son of Chauncey and Anna Moon.

Surviving are two brothers, George, Sr., and Wilbur, Sr., and two sisters the 
Misses Nina and Lula Moon, Route 4.  Two brothers, John and Irvin, and a 
sister, Arlene, died some years ago.  A sister, Mrs. Lillian Robertson died in 
February, 1948; a brother, Ervin died in July, 1948; and another brother, 
Walter, died in March, 1953.

Funeral arrangements will be announced later.
