Ionia Sentinel Standard, 21 May 1988

Bertie L. Mooney, 89, of Ionia died Wednesday at Wyandotte General Hospital,
Wyandotte, Michigan.  He was born April 6, 1899, in Belding, the son of Egbert
and Mary Mooney.

Surviving are two sons, Donald of Ionia and Leroy of Lowell; a daughter, Mrs.
Thomas (Marie) Lauby of Nebraska; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Cremation has taken place.  No services or visiting hours will be held. 
Arrangements by Myers Memorial Chapel, Ionia.
