Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, 24 & 26 Jan 1949

Mrs. Della Moore, 80, died Sunday at the home of her son-in-law and daughter, 
Mrs. and Mrs. Milne Patrick, 450 Rice street.  

She was born September 11, 1868, in Ronald township.  She was a resident of 
Ronald township all but nine years of her life.  Mrs. Moore was married to 
Wilburt H. Moore in 1888 and he died in 1906.  She was a lifelong member of the 
Palo Methodist church.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Vernon Wininger of Sheridan and Mrs. Patrick 
of Ionia; a son, Wilburt Moore of Belding; 13 grandchildren and 11 great-
grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. from the Stebbins funeral home 
in Sheridan with the Rev. Louis Herrick officiating.  Interment will be in Palo 
cemetery.

Funeral services for Mrs. Della T. Moore, 80, of Palo, who died Sunday at the 
home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Milne Patrick, of Ionia, were 
held Tuesday afternoon from the Stebbins funeral home in Sheridan.  The Rev. 
Park Newcomb officiated with interment at Palo cemetery.  Bearers were all 
grandsons-in-law, Martin Stout, Lawrence Grescoviak, Ross Nelson, Salem 
Ostrander, Edward Smith and Vernon Heppe.
