Moore, which gives some of the particulars of the death of John Moore. Under date of May 8, from Cheyenne, Wyoming, she writes: “Another great sorrow has come to us, and in some ways this is the saddest of all. I can scarcely endure to write it. Yesterday, brother John missed his footing and fell under a railway train. Both legs were crushed, and he died today. Frank went to Douglas this morning, but did not get there in time to see him alive. They will bring him here for burial, Saturday. Mother, who was to have spent the winter with John, will come to us, and Luella and her two little children will stay with us for awhile, until the poor girl is able to decide what to do. Father Moore and Howard will also be here for the funeral.” File at: http://files.usgwarchives.net/mi/ionia/obits/m/moore11967nob.txt This file has been created by a form at http://www.genrecords.net/mifiles/ File size: 1.4 Kb
