The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, June 7, 1993

Beulah A. Moore, 82, Orleans, died Friday, June 4, 1993, at Ionia County 
Memorial Hospital.  A lifelong resident of the Ionia area, she was employed at 
the Ionia Theater for more than 30 years.

She was born April 20, 1911, in Saranac, the daughter of Cassius and Carlotta 
Sampson Connor.  Her husband, Sprague E. Moore, whom she married in 1928, died 
in 1974.  She also was preceded in death by her parents, three sons, Everett, 
Norman and Gerald, a daughter, Beverly Satterlee, two brothers, Frank and 
George Connor, and two sisters, Marie Woody and Reva Meno.

Surviving are four sons, Lavern, Hendersonville, N.C., Robert E., Lansing, 
Kenneth S., Lake, Dennis R., Charlotte; four daughters, Joyce A. Loveland, 
Charlotte, Lois M. McMillian, Marion D. Beech, Greenville, Judy M. Smith, 
Manistee; 36 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren; two great-great-
grandchildren; two sisters, Eunice Frisbie, Bath, Crystal McLaney, Lansing; 
and nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Myers Memorial Chapel of Cook 
Funeral Home, Ionia, the Rev. Scott K. Otis officiating.  Interment will be in 
Easton Cemetery.  Friends may call at the Main Street Chapel today from 2 to 4 
and 7 to 8:30 p.m.  Memorials may be made to Ionia County Memorial Hospital.
