Moore, 75, of Greenville, went home to be with the Lord late Tuesday morning, June 21, 2005, at Spectrum Health United Memorial United Campus, Greenville. The daughter of Homer and Elizabeth Fox Edwards, she was born Sept. 30, 1929, in Matherton. Margaret was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, but above all, she very much loved the Lord. She was an active member of Calvary Baptist Church and volunteered her time with the Awana group. She retired from Meijer in 1985 and enjoyed golfing, camping, fishing and especially crocheting and knitting for her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Walt Moore; their six children, Roger Moore and Cindy of Grand Rapids, Eric and Kathy Moore of Wyoming, Penny and Jeff Neve of Holland, Peggy and Chuck Mahar, Kevin Moore and Arlene, Kathleen and Scott Kinyon, all of Greenville; sister, Ann Speckin of Belding; brother, Clarence Edwards of Belding, 24 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Honoring her wishes, cremation has taken place and private interment is in Greene Cemetery near Orleans. Memorial services are 11 a.m. Thursday at Calvary Baptist Church, corner of Luray and W. Grove streets, Greenville, with the Rev. R. Mark Shaw, pastor of Calvary Baptist Church, officiating. A time of food and fellowship will follow the service. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to either Calvary Baptist Church or Hospice of Michigan. Envelopes will be available at the church. Brown-Teman & Christiansen Funeral Home, Greenville, is serving the family and is entrusted with the arrangements.
