Lee Moore, 64, Belding died early Tuesday morning after an illness of more than 
two years.  Born in Belding, he had made it his life home.  He was the son of 
Amzie and Louise Moore.  In 1904? he was married to Clara Colp of Belding, and 
there were no children.

He was associated with the Belding Bros. silk company for over forty years, and 
was superintendent of the weaving mill for a number of years.  

He was a member of the Belding F. A.M. of which he was treasurer.  He was also 
a member of the Maccabees.

Survivors are his widow, five sisters, Mrs. Katherine Durfee of Detroit, Mrs. 
Effie Leonard of Pontiac, Mrs. Gertrude Thomas of Cadillac, Mrs. Abbie Tigchon 
of Grand Rapids, and Mrs. Vesta Pickup of Belding; two brothers, Bert and 
Solon, of Farmington.

Funeral services will be held Friday at 2:30 from the Fitzjohn funeral home in 
Belding.  Interment will be in Green cemetery.  The Rev. Mr. Curch of Muskegon 
former pastor of the Belding Church of Christ will officiate.
