Ionia Sentinel, 10 Feb 1972

Mrs. Reva Mae Moore, 70, of Lyons died Wednesday at Grand Rapids Osteopathic 
hospital following an extended illness.

She was born May 3, 1901, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harris Bolster.  August 
17, 1921, she was married to Walter R. Moore, who preceded her in death.  She 
was a member of Zion United Methodist church of Ionia and also the Minnie 
Howard club.

Surviving are two sons, Walter E. Moore, Jr., of Belding and Maynard H. Moore 
of Saranac; five daughters, Mrs. Robert Heaven of Wyoming, Mrs. Vernon Havens 
of Lyons, Mrs. Thelma Heintzelman, Mrs. Gerald Almy and Mrs. Gordon Furman of 
Ionia; 24 grandchildren, seven great grandchildren; sister Mrs. John VanKamp of 
Sheridan.

Funeral services will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at Zion United Methodist church in 
Ionia.  Rev. George Chaffee will officiate assisted by Rev. Chester Erickson.  
Family will be at the Estep funeral home north of Muir Thursday and Friday.  A 
memorial has been established for Zion United Methodist church.  Bearers will 
be Dan Rountree, Doug Philips, Brian, Eric and Roger Moore and Kenneth Maus.
