Ionia Standard – Friday, 17 May 1889
Rosa E., beloved wife of Martin Moore, died in this city on Tuesday, and was 
buried from the Church of Christ on Wednesday afternoon.  The deceased was a 
daughter of Peter Schaufele, and was but 21 years of age at the time of 
death.  Twin children but a week old at the date of the death, are left, and 
their unfortunate situation elicits the pity of Mrs. Moore’s many friends.
