Ionia Sentinel, 11 Feb 1971

Mrs. Georgia More, 81, of 509 High died at Ionia County Memorial hospital 
Wednesday afternoon after being a patient four days.

Born at Chillicothe, Ohio, September 22, 1889, she was the daughter of George 
and Elizabeth Ortman Aid.  She married Mark More of Columbus, Ohio, October 18, 
1946 and they came to Ionia the following month and lived here since.

A member of First United Methodist church she also belonged to Order of Eastern 
Star and Ionic Shrine.

Her husband, Mark, died on March 11, 1955.  Surviving is a sister, Mrs. W. L. 
Longstreth of St. Petersburg, Fla.

Funeral services will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at Myers-Roetman funeral home.  
Rev. Charles Fullmer will officiate and interment will be at Highland Park 
cemetery.  A memorial has been established for First United Methodist church.  
Family will be at the funeral home Friday from 7 until 9 p.m.
