Ionia Sentinel Standard, 11 May 1943

Kitty Morehouse, 92, a resident of Minnesota, died there April 26, according to word
received here.  She was the widow of Clarence Morehouse and they were former Muir
residents.  Mrs. Morehouse had been ill for several weeks and died shortly after she
had suffered a broken leg.

She was a member of the Muir Presbyterian church and the aid society.

Funeral services were held at Cascade.
