Addie A. Morgan died at the hoe of her daughter, Mrs. Beulah Baxter, at Lake 
Odessa.

The deceased was born Oct. 26, 1881, in Crystal Township, Montcalm County. She 
was the daughter of the late Jerome and Mary Evans.

She was a resident of Palo for six years and of Lake Odessa the past seven 
years. She was a member of the Baptist Church.

In 1898 she married Charles Morgan, who died in 1914.

Those surviving are five daughters, Mrs. Creta Husted of Milford; Mrs. Baxter; 
Mrs. Leona Snyder, Mrs. Lamoyne Rusch and Mrs. Marcella Inman, Pontiac; two 
sons, Leon of Stanton and Lyle of Detroit; 30 grandchildren and 16 great-
grandchildren. Three sisters, Mrs. Clare Baxter and Mrs. William Bills of 
Crystal and the Rev. Vena Evans of Bradley; three brothers, Albert of Sheridan, 
Sherlian Evans of Oklahoma City, Okla., and Allen of Kansas, also survive.

Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. in the Congregational Church in 
Sidney. Interment will be at Sidney Cemetery. The body will be at Stebbins 
Funeral Home in Sheridan until time of services.
