Mrs. Bert Morgan, 59, died at her home on Rt. 3, Ionia, Monday morning, Nov. 
24. 

Alma A. Ostrander, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Salem Ostrander, was born in 
Sebewa.  After her marriage to Bert J. Morgan on January 3, 1908, they lived 
in Lyons and Portland, and moved to the home on Rt. 3, Ionia, about 27 years 
ago.

Surviving besides her husband are five sons, Leslie, Olen, and Bert Jr., of 
Ionia, Clarence, South Lyon, and Robert of Newaygo; three daughters, Mrs. 
Robert Gee, Muir; Mrs. Vernon Kohagen, of Fowler, and Mrs. Alfred Kohagen of 
Ionia; a brother, Salem Ostrander, of Ionia, and two sisters, Mrs. Viola 
Furnish of Ovid and Mrs. Ruth Marsh of Keego Harbor, also 13 grandchildren.

Rev. A. J. Westmaas will officiate at the service which will be held from 
Myers Funeral Home at two o’clock Friday afternoon.  Burial will be in 
Highland Park cemetery.
