Ionia Sentinel, 11 Mar 1974

Funeral services for Mrs. Katherine F. Moriarty, 90, of 2161 West Leonard, 
Grand Rapids, will be Tuesday at 10 a.m. at St. Patrick’s Catholic church in 
Portland,  Interment will be at Portland cemetery.

Mrs. Moriarty, a cousin of John and Rex O’Connor of Ionia and Honora O’Connor 
of Rochester, died at St. Ann’s home in Grand Rapids.

She was born May 29, 1883, in Portland the daughter of Dennis and Margaret 
Kennedy O’Connor.

Her only survivors are cousins.

Rosary will be recited Monday at 8 p.m. at Neller funeral home in Portland.  
Bearers were George and Henry Leik, Guy Jones, James Moriarty, Robert and 
Thomas O’Connor.
