Funeral services for Miss Mary Moriarty, 62, who died Sunday at St. Lawrence
hospital were held Tuesday morning at St. Patrick’s church, Portland.  Burial
was in Portland cemetery.

Miss Moriarty had been employed at the Maynard-Allen State bank for 13 years and
at Valley City Milling company for 17 years.  At the time she was taken ill
about a year ago she was teaching school in Pewamo.

She was a member of the Alter Society and the Aquinas Study club of Portland. 
She had no immediate relatives surviving.
