MAX MORRIS, 77
Max Louis Morris, age 77, of Ionia, MI. passed away July 4, 2018

He was born on November 13, 1940, in Greenville, Mi. the son of Hartley and Frances
(Warner) Morris. He married Judy VanHouten of September 15, 1962. Max worked for 34
years fro the Ionia County Road commission. He loved spending time with his 
grandchildren. He enjoyed playing softball, tinkering in the garage, gardening and
his lawn.

Surviving Max is his loving wife of 55 years Judy Morris of Ionia; son Randy (Karen)
Morris of Ionia' grandchildren Krista (Jason) Kazmerski, Wade Morris, Brittany Morris,
Erica Morris, Jacob Morris, Nathan Morris and 8 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, son Ricky Morris, brother Hartley Morris
and sister Louse Johnson.

A memorial service will be held at the Lake Funeral Home in Ionia on Saturday, July
14, at 11 am. with Pastor Ken Harger officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the
service (10-11) at the funeral home. Those wishing may make memorial contributions to his
