The Ionia Standard, Friday, April 3, 1914

Rev. Branch conducted the funeral of E. P. Morrison, at the home of J. H. 
Canfield Thursday.  The music was by Mrs. G. M. Phelps and Miss Kate 
Benedict.  The bearers were Orry Waterbury, Orry Waterbury, Jr., H. E. Powell, 
John Morrison, Joel Benedict and Dr. Richard Benedict.  Burial was in Balcom 
cemetery.  Mr. and Mrs. Anderson of Byron and Mr. and Mrs. Guy Morrison of 
Kalamazoo were here from outside the city.
