Helen C. Morrison, age 85, of Saranac, passed away Oct. 13, 2008 in Saranac.

She was born Jan. 17, 1923 in Owosso the daughter of Chris and Anna (Hulik) 
Cross. Helen married Paul Morrison February of 1940 in Ionia who preceded her 
in death in 1976. She was a member of St. Anthony’s Catholic Church.

Helen is survived by her son, Phillip J. Morrison and significant other, 
Danielle Byrne of Saranac; daughter, Pamela (Miles) Nelson of Saranac; 7 
grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, 2 brothers, 1 sister and 1 son Paul 
in 2003.

A graveside service will be held Saturday, Oct. 25 at 11 a.m. at Saranac 
Cemetery. Arrangements by Lake Funeral Home in Saranac. Anyone wishing may make 
memorial contributions in Helen’s name to American Diabetes. Online condolences
