Lake Odessa Wave - September 16, 1971
           RUTH MORROW PASSED AWAY
   Mrs. Ruth Morrow, 65, passed away Monday forenoon at Pennock Hospital, Hastings,
following a long 
illness.  She was hospitalized three days and had resided at the Provincial House at
Hastings about a year.
   Mrs. Morrow was born Jan. 28, 1906, at Lake Odessa, the daughter of Joseph and
Martha (Slowinski) 
Majinska, and was a lifelong resident of the area.
   She was a member of St. Edward's Church in Lake Odessa.  Her husband, Jasper,
whom she married 20 
years ago, passed away June 8, 1970.
   Surviving are two brothers, Joseph and Leo Bernard Majinska of Lake Odessa; two
sisters, Miss Catherine 
Majinska of Chicago, Ill., and Mrs. Arvid (Bertha) Westling of Jensen Beach, Fla.,
and a stepson, Veryl Morrow 
of Saranac.
   Rosary was recited at the Pickens Funeral Chapel Wednesday evening at 8:00, where
she reposed until 
taken to St. Edward's Church for funeral services Thursday (today) at 1:00 o'clock. 
Fr. Robert Maternoski will 
officiate, with burial in Lakeside Cemetery.
