Funeral services will be held at the Morse homestead in the Christian Bend district, Sunday afternoon at 2 o’clock, in charge of Rev. J. H. Stewart. Burial will be made in the Portland cemetery. Mrs. Morse was born in Hannibal, N.Y., and came to this community when 20 years of age. Four years later she was married to Mr. Morse and had lived in the Christian Bend district since. For the past five weeks she had been residing with her son at whose home her death occurred. She is survived by four sons, Gilbert, of California; Nelson., of Detroit; Robert, on the old homestead, and Stanley, who resides on the old Clark Adams place east of Buck’s corner.
