Ionia Daily Sentinel, 15 Nov 1955

Mrs. Nettie Morse died Monday at Traverse City.  She had made her home for 
several years with her daughter, Mrs. Leslie Sykes, in Saranac.

Surviving besides Mrs. Sykes are four grandchildren, Morse Sykes, Mrs. Fred 
Peabody and Mrs. Don Geiger of Ionia; six great-grandchildren and one niece, 
Mrs. Adrian Salsbury of Blanchard.

Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at 2:30 at Morris funeral home 
in Saranac with the Rev. Glenn McCarty officiating.  Pallbearers will be Roy 
Edlin, Don Fisk, Frank Hubbard, Elmo Baker, Ralph White and Lee Hillicker.  
Interment will be Otisco cemetery.
