The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Friday, May 29, 1964
Funeral service for Clifford L. Morse, 64, retired Ionia business man, was 
held at 2 o’clock Thursday afternoon.  The Rev. Wilfred G. Sawyer of First 
Presbyterian church officiated and interment was at Balcom cemetery.  Mr. 
Morse died Monday night at Ionia County Memorial Hospital.  

Bearers were Marshall A. Westfall, Clarence S. Johnson, John L. Rademacher, 
Harold Harwood and Guy Cook of Ionia and Mort Cook of Grand Rapids.  Relatives 
attending from out of town were Mr. and Mrs. Nelson Meengs of Muskegon, Mrs. 
Flo Travis, Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Morse and Arlen Travis of Lowell, Mr. and Mrs. 
Clark Morse of Evansville, Indiana, Mr. and Mrs. Russell Morse and Mr. and 
Mrs. Sam Treadway of Carson City, Mr. and Mrs. John Marshall of Kalamazoo, 
Mrs. Margery Keenlyside of Chicago, A-2C John Rivett of Madison, Wisconsin, 
Mr. and Mrs. Jack Gillissee and Mr. and Mrs. Mort Cook of Grand Rapids, Mr. 
and Mrs. Philip Fellin of Lansing, Chester Culver and Mrs. Robert Beach of St. 
Johns.
