Judge Morse's Son Is Dead.
Ionia, Mich., Sept 29.- The remains of Dan Morse, a son of Judge Allen Morse of
this city, who died at Las Cruses, New Mexico, last Thursday of consumption,
were brought home last evening. Dan was twenty years of age, and a 1901 graduate
of Ionia High school. Last September he intended on taking a course in the
University of Michigan, but owing to ill health went to Oklahoma and later to
Las Cruses, where for a time his health seemed to improve. Two months ago he
began to fail again and the end came last Thursday. The funeral will be held
from the home tomorrow morning at 10 o'clock, Rev. W.H. Thomas officiating.
