V. Moseman, which occurred on Sunday afternoon. She had been quite ill for nearly a year, but was confined to her bed only about a month prior to her death. Mrs. M. came to Ionia in 1844, and has resided here ever since. She had just reached her seventieth year, and had been a life-long member of the Presbyterian church, and was universally esteemed as an exemplary Christian woman. Mrs. Henry Wilson and Mrs. Jas. Kennedy are her sole surviving children. The funeral occurred at her late residence on Main street, Rev. J. Pierson preaching the funeral sermon.
