Ionia Daily Sentinel Standard, 8 Apr 1957

Mrs. Ida Jane Mosher, 81, of 9052 West Belding road, died at the home of her
son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Anderson, late Saturday afternoon,
after seven months illness.  She was born May 13, 1875 in Pewamo in a log cabin
and was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jermiah Shumway.  She was a member of the
Belding Central Methodist church.

Surviving are two sons, Ira S. Mosher of Pontiac, Ronald J. of Grand Rapids, two
daughters, Mrs. Fred Cousino of Grand Rapids and Mrs. Carl Anderson of Belding;
two stepsons, Harry E. and Frank of Memphis, Tenn., 16 grandchildren; 23
great-grandchildren and one sister, Mrs. J. Carl Anderson of Barryton.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday afternoon at 2 o’clock at the
Fitzjohn funeral home in Belding, with the Rev. Luther Brokaw officiating. 
Burial will be in Otisco cemetery.
