The Ionia Weekly Standard, Friday, August 25, 1911
The death of Mrs. Ellen A. Mosher occurred at the home of her son, Wallace 
Mosher, 316 State St. at five o’clock Tuesday, after an illness of several 
months.  Mrs. Mosher was a pioneer resident of Ronald, coming there in 1848 
with the Talcotts.  She is survived by four children, the remaining five born 
to her union with Mr. Mosher being dead.  Those who survive are Mesdames Avie 
of Ronald, Bennett of Lansing and Ella Jackson of Los Angeles.  The funeral 
will be held on Thursday from the home of her son at one p.m.
