Frank was born May 8, 1918, to Edward and Vesta Denman Mosier in Fenwick. He was raised in the Stanton and Sheridan area and attended Sheridan Community Schools. Frank graduated from Sheridan High School in 1941. On Jan. 14, 1943, Frank served his country by joining the United States Army until 1945. He was a member of the 968th Air Engineer Squadron. On Dec. 31, 1962, Frank married Bonita Seely, the love of his life for 43 years. Frank worked at Gibson’s for 35 years until his retirement in 1973. He was a life member of the VFW Post 5065 and served as commander in 1979-1980. He was an avid bingo worker. Frank loved many things including bowling, bingo, a good parade, but especially his wife and kids. He was a loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather and will be greatly missed. Frank was preceded in death by his parents, stepson, James Seely; two brothers, Don and Russell Mosier; three brothers-in-law, Orville Jr., Murlin R. Howe and Earl Lund; sister-in-law, Betty Howe Smith; and parents-in-law, Orville and Ruth Howe. Frank is survived by his wife, Bonita; stepson, Bob Seely of Belding; stepdaughters, Carla Seely of Belding, Sandy and Fred Neumann of Orleans; daughters, Kathy and Dan Palmer of Greenville, Pam and Rick Sloan of Grand Rapids; three sisters, Edna Birch of Lansing, Leona Kosten, Doris Lund, all of Sheridan; brother, Milton and Mary Mosier of Virginia; 15 grandchildren; and 40 great-grandchildren. Services are 2 p.m. Monday at Huffman-Brigham Funeral Chapel, Belding. Visitation is from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. today and Sunday at the funeral home.
