March 7, 1946 Will Mosser Dies on Farm Where Born Will Mosser, 76, died Tuesday evening at his home west of Campbell’s corners in Portland township, on the same farm on which he was born. The son of Michael Mosser, He had been a resident of the same neighborhood all his lifetime and had been engaged in farming most of that time. Funeral services will be held at Bandfield chapel on Friday at 1:20 p.m., and Rev. George Stanford, of Portland Methodist church will officiate. Bearers will be J. Almer Gibbs, Nicholas Lawless, Veryl Tyler and Alvin Kelly, all residents of the neighborhood where Mr. Mosser resided.Surviving are the widow, whose maiden name was Bertha Wakley; one daughter, Mrs. Earl Rogers, and two sons, Floyd Mosser, of Grand Rapids, and Everett Mosser, who was associated with his father in farming.
