Born October 25, 1943,2nd son of Elvert & Esther (Hile) Mosser . Grew up in farming community, involved with FFA, Following graduation, Bob worked as a stage hand for a theater production. Married on January 30, 1965 to Rose Densmore, at St.Patrick Catholic church in Portland.Having 61 years of married life. Devoted over 38 years of servcie to TRW. In retirement Bob & Rose loved to travel in their RV, camping with friends & family. Time with his 5 children & grandchildren, annual trips to Ludington & yearly stays at Gulf Shores, Alabama with friends in February. Preceded in death by his parents, father & mother-in-law, George & Aileen Densmore; sister-in-law, Barb Densmore & brother-in-law, LaVern Densmore. Survived by hs wife Rose, children; Dennis (Beth) Mosser, Craig Mosser, Tammy (Rick) Bengel, Andy(Nikki) Mosser, & Nicole (Jack) Hoedeman, 12 Grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, brother & sister-in-law,Herb & Jan Mosser, sisters & brothers-in-law, Delores & Ron Frazee & Leon Densmore, many nieces & nephews. Visitation from 2-4 p.m. & 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at the Lehman Funeral Home in Portland, with Rosary being prayed at 1:30 p.m. A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, march 26, 2026 at 11:30a.m. at St.Patrick Catholic Church in Portland, a luncheon will follow at the VFW Post #4090. Family would like to show their appreciation & gratitude for the care from Corewell Health Butterworth Hospital, Corewell Health Hospice & Portland Assisted Living & Memory Center for their compassionate care in his final days.
