Ionia County Shopper's Guide, 19 Jul 2008

Robert D. Mosson, age 81, of Lake Odessa, passed away at Byron Center Manor on July
14, 2008.  Bob is survived by Noreen, his loving wife of 57 years; children: Kathy
(Allen) Decker of Hastings, Denny (Jan) Mosson of Comstock Park and Terry Mosson of
Austin, Texas; grandchildren: Sara (Mark) Lucas of Phoenix, Ariz., April (Nick)
VanderPlas of Grand Rapids, Randy Mosson of Comstock Park, Kate Mosson of Comstock
Park, Terry “TR” Mosson serving in the US Marines in Okinawa, Japan and Nicole
Mosson of Houston, Texas; sisters: Jeanne (Quint) Metzig of Oshkosh, Wis., Helen Van
Dyke of Ionia and Peg (Herb) Cusack of Lake Odessa and numerous nieces and nephews. 
The funeral service was held at the Koops Funeral Chapel on Friday, July 18.  Burial
will be in Lakeside Cemetery.  The family has suggested that in lieu of flowers,
memorial contributions may be made to the Jackson-Mutschler VFW Post Scholarship
Fund.
