Lake Odessa Wave-Times February 19, 1942

MRS.MARGARET MOTE DIES IN LANSING WED.
Mrs. Margaret Gattner Mote passed away at a hospital in Lansing, Wednesday at 
the age of 69 years.

Mrs. Mote was born and raised near the village of Lake Odessa in 1921 she moved 
to Lansing where she has since resided. She was a member of the Congregational 
church of that city.

She leaves three daughters Miss Maxine Mote, Mrs.Pearl Beebe and Mrs.Alonzo 
Hammond, one brother Charles W.Gattner of this village, and three sisters, Mrs 
Flora Mote of Greenville, Mrs Anna Haight and Miss Virda Gattner, both of 
Lansing.

Funeral services will be held at the Estes-Leadley Funeral Home at 1:30 o'clock 
Friday afternoon with the Rev. Glen Weimer officiating. Interment will be at 
Lakeside cemetery, Lake Odessa.
