Mrs. Ora Mote Dies At Age Of 60
Mrs. Ora Mote, 60, widow of the late Rev. Arthur Mote, former resident of 
Campbell Township, died at the home of her daughter Mrs.John Kirk in Washington, 
Monday, January 2. Rev. Mote died unexpectedly while serving a pastorate in 
Detroit.

Surviving besides the daughter are two sisters and a twin brother residing in 
Illinois.

Funeral services were held Saturday at 1 P.M at the Pickens Chapel with burial 
in Lakeside cemetery. Rev. Harley Townsend of Battle Creek officiated.
