The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Saturday, February 12, 1944
Funeral services for Miss Bertha Motzer, 69, of 407 Rice street were held 
Friday afternoon at 2:30 o’clock at the Boynton funeral home.  Rev. A. R. 
Kuehn of Zion Evangelical church officiated and burial was in Oak Hill 
cemetery.  Pallbearers were Henry Warnshuis, George Gossett, Frank Biehler and 
Paul Leslie.
