Sentinel-Std. - Tuesday, Aug. 24, 1954

Mrs. Jennie F. Moulton, 84, died Monday after a long illness. She was born 
February 10, 1870 in Almena, Van Buren county, and was the last surviving 
daughter of Henry and Charlotte Crofoote French of Morley. 

Mrs. Moulton married George W. Moulton March 13, 1892 at Howard City. They 
were former Belding residents and moved to Ionia in 1915 when Mr. Moulton 
became county clerk. He died July 10, 1930.

Mrs. Moulton was a member of the Queen Esther chapter of the O.E.B. 

Surviving are two sons, Howard of Ionia and Bruce of Jackson, 8 
grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and two brothers, Charles French of 
Olivet and Warren French of Traverse City.

Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at Myers funeral home with 
the Rev. H.S. Ellis of Belding officiating.

Burial will be in the family lot in River Ridge cemetery,  Belding.
