The Ionia Daily Sentinel, Thursday, February 25, 1909

Mrs. Mary Moye died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Andrew Lane, of this 
village Thursday after an illness extending over a year. The funeral services 
were held at the home Saturday morning.  Rev. Sprague was the officiating 
clergyman and appropriate music was rendered by Miss Cull and Miss Arthur with 
Mrs. F. Curtis as accompanist.  The burial was north of Lowell near her old 
home.  Mrs. Moye had been a patient sufferer for a number of years.  She was 
89 years old and is survived by six children, three sons and three daughters, 
Mrs. Lane being the only one living in this vicinity.  Twenty-eight 
grandchildren and 44 great grandchildren are living.
