Funeral services were held at St. Mary’s Catholic church, at Miriam, at 10
o’clock on Tuesday morning, for Mrs. Catherine Mulholland, who died at the home
of a daughter, Mrs. John W. Heintzelman, at Grand Rapids, on Friday morning at
the age of 85 years.  Mrs. Mulholland was the former Miss Catherine Krupp, of
Miriam and her first husband was the late Cornelius (Nealy) Honson, who passed
away many years ago.  Later on she was married to Mr. Mulholland and lived for a
number of years at Pellston.  Surviving are the daughter in Grand Rapids, a son,
George Honson, of Pellston, a brother, George Krupp, of Miriam, 23 grandchildren
and eight great grandchildren.  Rev. Fr. Charles Steves, pastor of St. Mary’s
church officiated at the funeral mass and interment was in St. Mary’s cemetery.
