Ionia Sentinel Standard, 8 Aug 1933

Edward Mull, 77, of Portland, died Monday evening about 7:30 o’clock of
pernicious anaemia following a long illness.  Funeral services will be conducted
in the Portland Baptist church Thursday afternoon at 2 o’clock.  Burial will be
in the Portland cemetery.

Mr. Mull was born in Isabella county, but had lived the most of his life since
his marriage in Ionia county, and later years near Portland.  He was a farmer.

Surviving are the first wife, Mrs. K. Clayton, of Farwell; sons, Elmer, of
Farwell; Seymour, of Portland; Arthur, of Richmond; Benjamin, of Grand Rapids;
Mathew of Cecil?, Ohio; Herbert, of Grand Rapids; Claude, of Ionia, and a
daughter, Mrs. Edna Cogswell of Ohio.
