MULNIX, GOLDIE H. (COCHRUN)(MRS. LEON A.):

   IONIA SENTINEL STANDARD, MI; 12-24-1990, page 2A:  "Obituaries - GOLDIE H.
MULNIX - IONIA - Goldie H. Mulnix, 89, of Ionia, died Sunday at her son's home
in Durand, Mich.
   She was born the daughter of Harvey and Almeda Carnahan Cochrun on June 14,
1901, in Lima, Ohio.
   She married Leon A. Mulnix on Feb. 7, 1920, in Ionia.  She worked for the
Secretary of State's office in Flint for seven years.  She also worked as a
doctor's receptionist for many years in Flint.  She was a member of the Zion
United Methodist Church of Ionia.
   Surviving are one son, Lyle of Durand; one daughter, Mrs. Floyd (Anna) Wolfe
of Midland; eight grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchidlren.
   Preceding her in death were her husband, Leon; one son, Kenneth; three
brothers; and three sisters.
   Funeral services will be Dec. 27......."
