He had suffered a fatal heart attack. Born in Rose township, Oakland county, March 11, 1909, he was the son of Melvin and Gertrude Munger. He graduated from the Holly high school. April 21, 1935 he was married at Holly to Larene DeGarmo. For two years he was employed by the GMC Truck and Coach Company at Pontiac before moving to this present address in May of 1942 and had been engaged in farming since. Among his survivors are his wife, Larene, four daughters, Mrs. Jean Freund of Northville, Mrs. Wanda Shurlow of Caledonia, Mrs. Betsy Koehnlein of Ionia, and Mrs. Doris Taylor of Kalamazoo; seven grandchildren; brother, Carl Munger of Highland. One daughter preceded him in death. Services will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the Hull Memorial chapel in Muir. Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. at the Beebe cemetery in Rose township.
