The Ionia Daily Sentinel, Friday, January 11, 1907


A sad death occurred at 10:30 o’clock this morning, when the wife of S. C. 
Munson passed away at the early age of 26, at the family home on North 
Jefferson street, next to the school.  The deceased was a lady admired by many 
friends, and her husband, who is a well known and efficient employee at the 
Pere Marquette shops, is deeply sympathized with.  A little child also 
survives.  Mrs. Munson suffered from typhoid fever.  The husband will take the 
remains to Saginaw tomorrow morning.  The funeral will be held there.
