Death of Mrs. Julia Murray.

Julia, wife of Eleazer Murray, died at 4 o’clock yesterday afternoon, after an
illness of five days, at the old homestead two miles southwest of the city.  Mr.
and Mrs. Murray came to Ionia forty-six years ago and settled on the land where
they lived at the time of their death.  Mr. Murray died May 28, 1879.

Six children were born to them, all of whom are living; one son, Edward, and
five daughters; Mrs. E.P. Morrison, of Menominee, Mich.; Mrs. Wm. Milligan and
Mrs. Lewis Tanner, of this city; Mrs. Susan Conkling, of Missouri, and Mrs. Vina
Murray, of Grand Rapids.

Funeral at residence to-morrow (Friday) at 1 p.m.; interment in Balcom cemetery.
