Miss Harriet Murtha Passes Away Sunday At Home In Danby

Miss Harriet Murtha, who has been ill at her Danby home for the past several 
months, passed away there late Sunday afternoon. Miss Murtha, who was 79 years 
old, was born in Westphalia, but had been a resident of Danby for many years, 
there are no near relatives.

Funeral services were held at St. Patrick church, Portland, Wednesday morning, 
in the charge of Rev. Fr. Joseph Kohler, with burial in Danby cemetery, 
neighbors acting as bearers.
